The flavor and aroma of a cup of coffee are created during the roasting of the coffee beans. That is why in Caffe Mauro factory the roasting takes slowly. During this delicate slow roasting process the sugars in the coffee beans slowly caramelize and precious essential oils develop enriching the flavor, fragrance and aroma of the coffee beans to their best creating harmonious flavor devoid of bitter components.
